Artist’s Statement: I took these photos while traveling and while at home in San Francisco. Sunsets have always fascinated me because of the various colors and glorious hues. I have always been amazed at how incredible sunsets are, especially because they occur naturally. Out of my countless shots of sunsets, these three stood out to me because I was not particularly looking for them at the moment. The beauty of the light and subtle transitions from the blue sky before, to the pinks and oranges enchanted me, so I felt the need to capture those moments. The three sunsets also took place in a natural setting, whether next to a body of water or opportunely paired with a double rainbow.
