Nights in June by Alexa Druyanoff

Alexa Druyanoff is currently a junior at Harvard-Westlake School. She is currently the Junior Art Director for Harvard-Westlake's highschool newspaper, the Chronicle, and a Junior Editor for Harvard-Westlake's literary and arts magazine Stone-Cutters. She is also the Art Director for Fresh Ink for Teens. She is very involved in the Los Angeles community, as she is a member of the Los Angeles Art Association and an active volunteer at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. She is active within the Jewish community as well, as she worked on a Righteous Conversations Project: A Ship Called Lili: The Lillian Trilling Story, a stop animation film that celebrated the story of a Halocaust survivor. She sees her role as an artist as both a recorder and interpreter.
