Losing RBG and the Lost Mourning

Losing RBG and the lost mourning by Marika Campbell-Blue

Editor’s note: We’ve moved on too fast. We keep getting hit with the next terrible thing while still reeling from the last. We’ve already replaced RBG, used up her space in the collective consciousness, to focus on the danger we face now that she’s gone. We have to stay on our toes, hold on dearly to Supreme Court precedents and to the people who protect our rights to love, to life, and to our own bodies. If only we could be lucky enough to rest, to grieve, to sit shiva. To properly mourn this champion of justice and guardian of love.—Alex Berman
