
Dr. Andrea Jacobs is a feminist educator, researcher, and organizational consultant with over 25 years of experience working for change in Jewish and wider-world communities. She has developed resources and training programs to address gender equity, LGBTQ inclusion, and racial justice for educational and communal organizations. Andrea holds a doctorate in sociolinguistics with a research focus on language as a tool for social and cultural change among Jewish American and Israeli feminists. Andrea is co-founder of Rally Point for Collaborative Change, a consulting practice that focuses on working across difference to facilitate transformative change. She also draws on her experience and training to develop interactive workshops that explore issues of identity, privilege, and power for adults and youth. Andrea is also trained in Theatre of the Oppressed and Playback Theatre, and she strongly believes that art is a critical tool for creating social change. Andrea lives in Philadelphia.
