Hi! My name is Annika Liss (she/her). I live in Durham, Connecticut, where I am a member of the class of 2025 at Coginchaug Regional High School. I love writing and am an aspiring novelist. My work has been published in both jGirls+ Magazine and Under the Madness Magazine, and I was a finalist in the 2021 NaNoWriMo “Now What?” contest. I am also an editor for my school’s newspaper, The Devil’s Advocate. Outside of writing and editing, I’m very into music. I play the French horn for both my school’s band and the Shoreline Youth Symphony Orchestra, as well as guitar for the jazz band. I have also been accepted into the Southern Connecticut Regional Band three times and am looking forward to competing for a spot again this November. I’m involved in quite a few extracurriculars at school, including Book Club, Art Club, and Model UN.
