I’m currently in 12th grade at Germantown Friends School, a private Quaker school in Philadelphia, PA. I live with my two moms and my dog Ollie, and we practice Reconstructionist Judaism. I love school, particularly English and music, and I’m in the upper school choir which I really enjoy. I have a passion for poetry and my work has been recognized and published by several awards and magazines. In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing, playing ukulele, and practicing yoga. I originally applied to jGirls+ because I was excited about the idea of helping to form and be part of a community specifically for Jewish girls. I also really enjoy reading and discussing other people’s creations, and I’m looking forward to having the opportunity to put together a great magazine!
